If you get new wifi or switch providers, your camera equipment will need to connect to your new service to continue monitoring your property.
Step 1: Reset Camera
Locate the reset button on the cameras that you need to reconnect to your wifi. Press and hold the reset button for 6 seconds or until the red LED light flashes white and release the button.

Step 2: Connect to Camera’s Wifi
Once step one is complete, open your wifi settings on your phone and connect to it.

Step 3: Discover Network
Open your web browser and search 192.168.1.1 then select “scan.” Tap your network, enter the password then tap “submit.” When the light flashes green on your camera, the process is complete and you can view your live video feed.
