Follow this tutorial if you want to switch your cameras from using wifi to a wired connection.

Step 1: Disconnect Power

Unplug your smart camera from the power outlet.

Step 2: Connect Ethernet

Connect the ethernet cable into your camera and into your router.

Step 3: Reconnect Power

Plug in your camera and wait for the LED light to turn green.

Step 4: Login to the alarm.com on desktop

Get on a desktop and log into your alarm.com account. Next select “video” on the menu screen then, “settings“

Step 5: Settings

Under the settings screen, select “wireless network.”

Step 6: Scan

On the next screen, select “find networks.” Select your network and enter the password. Once complete, unplug the power and ethernet cable to you camera and disconnect ethernet cable from your router. Move the camera to the final destination, plug into the power and the light will flash green. The set up is complete.
