After you have finished installing and pairing your ADC T2000 Smart Thermostat, you can configure the settings to get the most out of your system. Follow this guide to learn all the things you can do with your new ADC T2000 Smart Thermostat system.

Step 1: Open Alarm.com App

To configure more settings, open the Alarm.com app and click the top right arrow in the thermostat box. (Highlighted in orange below)

Step 2: Select Gear Icon

Tap on the gear icon located at the top right of the page then select “Device Settings.” This brings you to advanced settings.

Step 3: Thermostat Lock

Once you are in the device settings menu, “Thermostat Lock” is at the top of the page. If this is disabled, this allows you to limit the local thermostat changed. Make sure this option is marked “disabled” to allow full thermostat changes.

Heat and cool set points allow users to adjust your home’s temperature through the alarm.com app. To change the target temperature for both modes, slide the dial to your desired temperature. To save your changed, select “apply.” Congratulations, you now can control your home’s temperature on-the-go.
