With your Alarm.com Smart Home, you can customize your notifications and arming reminders. If you left the house without arming your system or forgot to close the garage, alarm.com will remind you and help keep your property safe.

Step 1: Login to Alarm.com App

Login to the Alarm.com App and select the “menu” icon on the top left of your screen.

Step 2: Notifications

Scroll down on the menu and select “notifications.”

Step 3: Notifications Settings

On this screen, be sure that “Push Notifications” is on, shown below. From here you can customize when you receive notifications from the alarm.com app.

Step 4: Add Arming Notification

Select the “Plus” icon on the top right of your screen. From the list, tap “Arming Reminder.” From here you can select from a reminder based on time or when you leave your house.
